What does HNW service do for you?
We, HNW service team provide preventive maintenance service, general inspection, and troubleshooting and repair with free of charge for our DEVELON machines under warranty period.
And, we also support Customers by DEVELONCARE service program which is providing total care solution to customers by visiting from DEVELON Specialists. This exclusive service program is a special program that only We & DEVELON support to our Customers and we provide to our key customers, whether our machine is under warranty period or beyond the warranty period.
We also provide the correct operation and maintenance training to customers at our HNW training center regularly. In quick response to our customers’ requests, we promptly provide the required service at job sites. For fulfillment of customers’ satisfaction, we have established our Capacity Development Centre since 2015. There, we conduct the Technical Training as well as Soft Skill Training to our Technicians with a view to supporting the best service for our customers.
Our principal DEVELON also arranges the Intensive Training in Myanmar and in Korea.
For upgrading the quality of service personnel, DEVELON Service Competition is held annually first in dealer countries and Final Competition is concluded in DEVELON in Korea. We dispatch our technicians to take part in such DEVELON Service Competition for raising the skill level of our Technicians.
We have been deploying over 170 well-trained technicians at 15 service posts in the whole country in order to answer your service calls and render quick service assistance. Therefore, no matter where your machines are or how far away from us, or whether it’s a repair or preventive maintenance, we are always ready to fulfill customers’ immediate service needs.
